Scandia is the only sauna brand with no price agreement at all
All 83 cross-listed Scandia products are priced differently by the two retailers that carry them — and 57 of them differ by the same 13%.

Most sauna brands hold their US dealers to an advertised price. About a third of every cross-listed product we track is priced identically at every store that sells it, and on the big Finnish names — Harvia, HUUM — the agreement is visible to the dollar across six retailers.
Scandia has no such agreement, or has one that nobody is following. Of the 83 Scandia products carried by more than one retailer in our catalog, zero are priced the same.
Not one
That is a stronger result than it sounds. Across the whole catalog, 32% of cross-listed products are identically priced. For Scandia the figure is 0 out of 83.

The gaps are not small either. On the 80,000 BTU gas heater, the two retailers list $6,200 and $7,000 — $800 on a single unit.

It is two price lists, not a free-for-all
Before reading this as chaotic pricing, look at the regularity. All 83 Scandia products are carried by exactly the same two retailers — SaunaKits and Haven of Heat — and 57 of the 83 differ by the same 12.9%. The spread across all 83 runs from 8% to 21%, and nothing sits at zero.
So this is not two merchants competing product by product. It is two retailers working from two different price sheets, one roughly 13% above the other, with neither treating the number as fixed. Which is functionally the same situation as SaunaLife's two lists, except that SaunaLife's gap is a flat dollar amount and Scandia's is a percentage.
What it means if you are buying one
Scandia is a US manufacturer whose gas and large electric heaters mostly go into commercial and club installations, so this is a smaller audience than the barrel-sauna market. But if you are specifying one, the rule is unusually simple: the price is never the same at both retailers, so there is always a cheaper one, and the gap is around 13%.

The unmonetized retailer here is Haven of Heat, and on Scandia it is the more expensive of the two on all 83 products — so for once there is no tension between the honest recommendation and the one we earn from. That is not always the case, and we say so when it is not.
Limits on this finding
Only two retailers in our set carry Scandia, so "no price agreement" means no agreement between those two. A third retailer could hold either line. With n = 2, a single mispriced feed would show up as a systematic gap, though a consistent 13% across 57 products is not what a data error usually looks like.
